Welcome to my newest site. I have decided to  let the world know something of what a wonderful and caring place Hernando County, FL is. We will be exploring some of the organizations and people that selflessly give of themselves to the good of others. This site is sponsored by my Real Estate business, but the purpose is to offer to others something good in Hernando County.

Various Charitable groups in the area will be profiled, and local “heroes” will be recognized, and interviewed if possible. On occasion, governmental agencies may be featured to allow the citizenry to know what is available to them and how to access those services. Finally, some self-help groups may be identified.

Running resource pages will be maintained and updated to provide access an avenue and a knowledge base of what types of assistance are available in the area.

We would like to solicit YOUR help in this. If there is a charitable or assistance organization that people might benefit by learning about, please let us know who it might be. While national organizations such as the Red Cross, Salvation Army, or Children’s Defense Fund deserve recognition, we cannot at this time tackle that. We will focus on local groups which are doing wonderful work, but on a more localized scale.
